The Misadventures in Mommyhood household spend our Mother's Day afternoon at Cow Town taking in the sights and watching the Budweiser Clydesdales that were visiting for River Fest. Many moons ago (I think I was maybe 4th or 5th grade??), we vacationed in St. Louis and got to see them at Grant's Farm. That was a fun trip for many reasons, but that's a whole other post, LOL.
Anyhoo...the visit to Cow Town was a first for Colin and he really enjoyed it. I think he would have stayed in the blacksmith's barn all afternoon if we would have let him. The horses were pretty cool, and seeing all the spectacle of getting them hitched up and moving was impressive.
