We just got an e-mail that our office is going to close at 3pm today...a mere 1 hour and 15 minutes until the long weekend. Dare I say I am almost giddy with excitement. Now I will have 2 whole hours before Colin has to be picked up from school that I can use to go home and do things like laundry and packing. No kid. No husband. Just peace. And quiet.
I really am genuinely excited at this prospect. How sad am I?? Jealous?? I didn't think so.

Not sad at all. . .I had a great time the other day filing all by myself. When did we become so pathetic?
