I just heard that my very good friend A. delivered Anthony Manuel, a 9 lb. 3 oz. 21in. baby boy, last night!! She had been thinking "girl" along, so I am sure she was a little surprised to hear the doctor say "It's a boy!".
The baby spent the night in the NICU due to some issues with excess fluid in his lungs, but is doing much better and should be able to join mom in her room today.
Hooray and congratulations to their whole family!! I can't wait to see the new little guy.
